Pretty much, you take chicken thighs and marinate them in EVOO, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes and thyme. Marinate for 1/2 hour to 24 hours. Cook at 425 until internal temp reaches 170.
